Salsa

Well, this isn't an exact recipe but here it is:

  • 6 whole tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4-6 pickled jalepenos diced
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/2 a large onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp each red wine vinegar and lemon juice
  • dash of tobasco sauce
  • various spices for taste: oregano, black pepper,cumin, cayenne peper and parsley
  • Mix all together. Freezes well (gets a little liquidy but just drain before serving) and stays good in fridge several weeks, I have heard it will stay good for 2-3 months as long as it has the vinegar in it. Good luck!
