Broccoli with Spicy Sesame Oil
A couple weeks back, someone requested a recipe for Chinese restaurant-style
broccoli with garlic sauce. I clipped this recipe from my local paper; it
was reported to be right out of a local restaurant's recipe files. Hope
that it's what you're looking for. I've tried it, and it comes very close to
the Chinese take-out version. (As a bonus, it's very simple to make!)

- Bring large pan of salted water to a boil. Cut broccoli into florets. Peel
tough outer layer from stalks; trim off woody ends. Cut stalks diagonally into
1/4" slices. Add broccoli to water and blanch for 1 minute. Drain.
- In a large skillet, warm sesame oil, garlic and red pepper over low heat for
three minutes. Stir in soy and lemon juice. Add broccoli, toss and coat.
